    Anyone familiar with Gianni?

    The units look really nice, area looks nice. 100k drop since last sale in ’06.

    Pros/Cons?

    I looked in Gianni a few times; I generally liked the layouts the only real cons for me were no yard and the high tax rate/mello roos IIRC.
