4Sbuyer, why all the bitterness? If I remember correctly, you bought your house for about $500K. So you’ll loose 100K on paper, is that such a big price to live in the great 4S Ranch?

Del Norte or “old 4S” which have lots much bigger than the newer sardine packed homes north of Cam. Del Norte). Last time I checked you still can’t rent an equivalent property in 4S for that. Kids go to new Poway schools and the small palm trees I planted in the back are becoming full size and adding a tropical shade garden feel to the yard . . . whats not to like??? Why be bitter with that . . . .
