That’s not true. Right now all 4S builders offer 3000+ sqf home with 650K to 660K (deduct incentive).

Fellow 4S watchers, it’s starting to get good. This is a $200,000 haircut folks. The 2005 sale price was just shy of 860K. So much for the immunity of 4S that was bandied about a year ago.
