    They reduced the price from $599K to $450K in this short sale. Not sure if the lender will approve this price. Some thing seems fishy about this listing but if this is a serious listing then it is a great deal for RP.

    They are probably just trying to get an offer in so that they can get the mill turning over at the lender. Once they get that into the lender then the processing will start. Even if the lender kicks it back at least they will have had some movement.
