ParticipantInside is pretty nice, google street view reveals the spider web of above ground utilites. Negates the view, not just power or phone, looks like a loom in the sky, wires going everywhere, super yuck. Trouble with that house is that it is at the high end for the neihborhood, in both size and quality, that rarely translates into dollars, upgrading to the point the house doesn’t belong there is a sure sign of a rookie flipper.

ParticipantIt must truly have been flipped by a novice, they turned the garage into something else to add to the sf. Who wants to buy a house without a garage!!! With a yard that big they could have added onto the back of the house and save the garage. really stupid.
