Trouble with that house is that it is at the high end for the neihborhood, in both size and quality, that rarely translates into dollars, upgrading to the point the house doesn’t belong there is a sure sign of a rookie flipper.

With a yard that big they could have added onto the back of the house and save the garage. really stupid.
