Great deals generally require going after what other people DON’T want and finding value in it that other people don’t see or can’t bring out. Now hopefully, in the future that applies to more properties at even lower prices. If it doesn’t happen…well that’s life… in Clairemont anyway.

I’ve been in that situation 4 times and have lost all 4 times, but I don’t see it as a game or a bunch of crap. It’s about as straight forward as it gets. Highest, most qualified bidder wins. Just offer what you want to pay and move on if you get out bid. Good luck with your best and final bid.
