    Insider job here?

    Never shows up on MLS ..but gets sold in two days ??

    How do you find such properties??

    Came on the mls on 3/5/09. Reduced price on 4/30. Went pending on 5/7. Closed escrow on 6/26.

    Not sure why you did not see it.

    It WAS a double ended job though however to say it was not on the MLS is an incorrect statement.
