Bought a home in 2010 at 4.5%, 30 year fixed. Working on a refi on a 30 year fixed at 3.75% with 0 points and 0 fees. However, going through the process there are third party charges (title, appraisal etc) that I have to pay. These are totaling $1,915 and also another $478 for the escrow account waiver.
Well, it’s over. We moved in to our new home. The old owners moved out and we’re unpacking the belongings.
