Never said it wasn’t a good area. IMHO it isn’t worth the price. Especially with the lack of upgrades and the style of the home. In this market you look for areas of weakness that have great potential in the future. That’s how you take advantage of the market and score a good deal. Anyone can give an extremely narrow criteria on their housing search. We all know what the end result will be.[/quote]
FWIW that wasnt a narrow criteria. It is what a very very high percentage of buyers in this area are looking for.
