    sdrealtor, why do you think this place will go quickly? Even at $689k, you’re looking around $251/sq-ft. While this one is listing at $240/sq-ft for 196 days now. The Camino Corte seems to be a better location as well, no?

    Price compression. Lots of demand up to 700K. If you go back and read my Spring Housing Prediction you will see what I expected would happen. Hate to sound like a broken record but i was spot on again…………

    Camino Corte also had an accepted offer on Friday. They are sending into the lender at the last minute to stave off the trustee sale. I also believe this one (Obertura) will go quickly AN. That is my speculation as I am not a neighborhood expert there. Also Corte had previous offers but the lender processing killed them. By the time the lender came through with acceptance the buyers had walked. At least this is what the listing agent told me.
