FYI, Chris Heller was the number 1 Prudential agent in this area for many years before hopping over to KW acouple years ago. He specializes in the expired market and is very good at getting selelrs to list with reasonable asking prices. One of the strongest that way in the area.
They will probably get a few offers quickly and put it into escrow within a week with the strongest one.
There are some issues with that community that most of the agents around here know about.
