ParticipantThat’s just the starting bid price for an upcoming auction. I noticed a bunch of these showed up this week. There are a few in Corona too. One is for a big house in the Bretton Gait tract in Corona. They usually go for $700k to over a million and the price showed up at $360k. I got all excited for about 30 seconds till I read it.
