Sounds like you both have had the [Name removed by admin] experience! I’ve heard a lot of stories about his antics. For example, while he has a law degree he is not allowed to practice law in california. He also has been sued for harassment and spousal abuse. He has a law license, is a CPA, has a broker’s license, and that’s not enough for him. He has to get involved in this stuff?!
I’d love to hear more from either of you or anyone else about this guy. It seems likely with his training and background, he was way more involved in this scam than first appears. I feel sorry for any legitimate clients he has (assuming he has legitimate clients) as I read that the Feds raided his house and took his files.
