aldante – I monitor NODs in about 10 ZIP codes. You are absolutely right. It is just the tip of the iceberg. I hope they continue to do their investigations. There are many more questionable transactions that are in various stages of foreclosure.
The one I mentioned got foreclosed and bought by someone who got a really good deal.

I just have folders of homes in the two zips I watch going back a couple of years. I wish I had kept more careful records I would be sending them to the FBI if I had.Have you or anyone seen a list of all the individuals or properties in this fraud?

April 8, 2009 at 12:39 PM #378065jpinpbParticipantNo. But I also wish I kept records. I’ve been pretty busy w/work and I’ve marked many properties on SDL. If I had time and motivation, I could dig them up and check which ones were dubious. There’s enough of them and I’m only needing time to do it.
