Phil Ruffin, the billionaire who owns Treasure Island, circus circus and the Trump tower in Vegas said that he has enough cash to keep his properties closed for 20 years. He’s looking to expand.
This shows how the boom fueled by debts has ended. Caesars, MGM and other competitors will go bankrupt and Ruffin will buy properties for pennies on the dollar.
