ParticipantVanita, have you considered renting it out? I mean, I admit I peaked at the sdlookup’s purchase history, and at your initial purchase price, it seemed like you might be able to rent it out. I don’t think you have an HOA either that would be sucking up 200-300/month in fees.
3/3 bedroom 1500sqft in CV probably around 2200-2300, maybe for a condo…Don’t know off the top of my head right now.
BTW: I wouldn’t be posting any more information on this board about your specific situation, you are in a public forum, and you’re doing yourself a disservice by disclosing additional information that others might find useful if they were interested in purchasing your home, my opinion. For other, I would remove your previous comment (and pepsi, as a courtesy, you could do the owner a favor by removing the actual house number). No need to encourage squatter to this address, if you know what I mean.
