Does anyone where to get good rates for a $1M loan? This is with full doc, 780 fico, and 50% LTV for California so getting the loan shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Getting a good rate OTOH…
I’ve always had Ingdirect and Penfed as my standard, but they don’t do $1M loans I think.
On a 1M loan you have leverage to get a mortgage broker to do it for 1/2pt at par.Maybe you can do better, but that is a good start. I think that is the way to go. Of course, it has to be a highly competent and honest mortgage broker.
