    I like the front of it but when you see the side-shot it seems like the rest is a facade of richness.

    4200 sq ft house on a 5000 sq ft lot…And they thought that they were gonna get almost 3 million for this place?

    I guess a killer view means a killer price… I’m hoping to be able to one day land a place with a nice ocean view like that. This one has a view of downtown as well… I’m going to keep my eye on the price (not to buy, just to observe).

    I agree. From the back with all the glass and views it seems that 1.5M is a bargain. From the street (side) it looks kinda crappy. I think there is no way to judge from the photos. Would have to see it in person.
