    Wow, that is a beautiful house. They might want to redo the pictures and remove the one with the Christmas tree, it is May for heaven sakes!

    Jamul is overated. It’s upscale El Cajon in my view.

    This is the listing I mentioned earlier on this thread. it wasn’t a million reduced from last sale , just 700k. It looks like it might have been the high sale Bugs mentioned at 1.75M.
    Anyway, it was priced to to attract bids and went to escrow quickly.

    This is the listing I mentioned earlier on this thread. it wasn’t a million reduced from last sale , just 700k. It looks like it might have been the high sale Bugs mentioned at 1.75M.
    Anyway, it was priced to to attract bids and went to escrow quickly.
