    I don’t consider that Clairemont. It’ is really Bay Park. This house is awfully close to the freeway and industrial areas for my liking.

    Oh, I agree that the droning noise of the 5 is a big deterent, but at least 2844 Lloyd is 191 psf. 2817 Lloyd wants PPSF: $321. Pretty much same location.

    I agree. The interior can be dealt with.

    This house is much better than a similar house in Carmel Valley or North County in my opinion.
