    MLS# 080066197 asking 650K. Why so cheap for that area? Seems like it would be good for a flip should things improve in a few years.

    Been tracking this one for awhile. This property went pending back in October and stayed in pending status for around 2 months. It then fell out of escrow and they have been chasing the market down since then. It “may” be a good flip after the market bottoms and comes back but not sure how long that will take. This is also very much perimeter RSF.

    That’s a very atypical RSF house, “only” 2000 sf, no land. But if you need the zip code without the headache of having to maintain an estate, that’s just what the doctor ordered.
