The tennis court is nice, since I’d really like to play tennis year round. I’m currently in Austin, TX.
Might be better to just find a place with nice courts nearby.

December 21, 2009 at 6:27 PM #496720CA renterParticipant
I was just in this area for a Christmas party this weekend. Friends of ours have a very nice home here. Their house and lot are fantastic….but, you have to drive through crap to get there. Take a drive to the house and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Agreed.
We have quite a few friends who live in the area, and the houses, lots and immediate location are **gorgeous.** Brengle Terrace Park is a really beautiful park, and they have outdoor performances there in the summertime; but it also has a gang problem. The area where you would be doing all your shopping, etc. is very marginal. We absolutely LOVE the area/houses/lots, but the nearby areas are what keep us from buying there.
Remember though, that house has been listed for awhile, all during the very hot selling season(s) this year…and it is still listed. If you want to buy it, make sure to offer well below peak price for it.
