I was just in this area for a Christmas party this weekend. Friends of ours have a very nice home here. Their house and lot are fantastic….but, you have to drive through crap to get there. Take a drive to the house and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Schools leave much to be desired, and the price seems unreasonable. Unless you care specifically for the tennis court, you can get a similar sized house in San Elijo Hills for about 50k to 100k less.
