Are you familiar w/the owner and/or tenant, if it was tenant occupied? Do you have a rental contract on this property? Just curious as to why you say it was rented. Have you been by the place, shown it to people and made appointments w/the tenant to view it?

hard to imagine someone would agree to pay over $5000/month to rent a place that is also on the MLS perpetually.
