ParticipantHave your realtor look up the property history and you can see the sales price in 06. The home is not on the MLS as it is bank owned by Aurora Loan Services. One “possible” explanation is that the home is listed with a broker but there is no pricing yet from the lender. I would suggest you driveby the home to see if there is a sign out. There may be sign restrictions outside but you may see a sign in one of the windows. From there you can call the listing agent to see when they expect the pricing to be done. If it is indeed with a broker but there is no price yet they cannot put it on the MLS yet.
