    The interior is so-so. They really went all-out on the deck. Amazing what you can do with 750 sf.

    92126 go ahead and submit the comps that you have to back up your case. This is a nice home on the cul de sac. I have been inside it. The canyon view is nice however it is a view to the west and it is not something that overlooks the preserve.

    Anyways, give it a shot, you never know.
