10621 Birch Bluff Ave/ 4000 sft/ built after 2003 fire/ In foreclosure/ Asking price 785k. Getting hazard insurance may be difficult and certainly costly.

The house is unique (unlike Stonebridge builder homes). The view is very good. The house requires quite a bit of maintenance though.

Any suggestion from the experts??
