That is why I thought a smaller and older townhome would be less than that.

I saw this one. very dark inside no ventilation and very depressing. HOA is also way high.

GuestStay away from these people! We were one of the final three bidders (the first to submit an offer and to counter). We got jerked around from day one. This place is worth no more than $375k. Needs all upgrades and needs about $900 of termite work.
We bid at the max list price of $410 (which made us nervous because we knew the appraisal would come in lower). They made us wait forever, meanwhile they relisted it for $425k! No one contacted our agent or us to let us know. What disrespectful, greedy, “!???!!”.
