Just worth of 322K only – if it is given a top condition certificate from an experienced inspector
How did you come up with the number 322? just curious.
Well I am good at numbers and when you check this house details the first line got “1322 sqft” and also I am very familiar with recent FED / TARP /Bailout etc all garbage plans the way the trend they set in those plans. It’s just a number juggling and so my prediction. I just cut first number from 1322 and provided a meaningful 322k. Well at least my way of appreciation would keep San Dieagans bit more harmony than Fed way !! π
