YouTube viewing stats undercount embedded videos, especially popular ones. Judging by embedding and pass-through, not to mention text reproductions of the content for those that can’t or don’t wish to view the vid, it’s my opinion the vid has gone viral.
This is also supported by the number of comments on blogs and content sites featuring or otherwise discussing the vid and its content, along with news and other media mentions, and search volume trends.
Of course, the vid isn’t viral to the extent the “Dad, I’m gay. Do you still love me?” vid is, since that went wide.
But within the smaller pointy-head crowd, the Elizabeth Warren vid and content have gone viral, and will probably pick up even more steam as the Senate race heats up.
