Your best bet is to watch the following buildings. I’ve been watching too. 🙂
– Icon (new building with plenty of unsold units)
– Diamond Terrace. “Low” priced units with plenty of underwater owners.
– Parkloft for a more luxury setting. The HOA lawsuits are sinking the building.
The above have “relatively low” prices but no pool.
