You know…It’s just kinda funny, but what little we know about NSD, it just fits the following mold of an FB
1)Originally “owner” (..Maybe he overleveraged and got his ass kicked)
2)Became landlord (But maybe did so with a negative cash flow)
3)Bought a BMW 7 series (Maybe leased, and maybe did so after he stopped paying for his mortgage(s))
4)Now a renter (after getting foreclosed). But still talks in the past tense during the hay-day (hey, I was once a rockstar….. I was once a landlord…)
Just thought it was kinda funny… The only thing I cant figure out is “pitball” to me means “drug dealer”.
