You guy’s do know that Temecula valley will get a high speed rail station and there will be electric cars available fairly soon that will make the price of gas almost irrelevant, but really I think most of this fear expressed is not warranted, but I guess it keeps some people happy to speculate and worry about this stuff but I myself would not plan my future based on it, but good luck.
