the above-referenced law bit is about jurisdiction–that is what types of cases can courts hear. There’s more rules. Lots more. You could spend a few years reading all the damned rules.
I’m not sure, but i think a little old district court decision doesn’t bind the whole u.s of a., at least that’s the way things generally work, the districts are divided up and what some wacko judge (not that this judge was a wacko, or indeed that any federal judges are necessarily wackos) in some far-flung distrcit doesn’t necessarily bind us way over here (where our judges aren’t necessarily any better, just different)..
and I think but am not sure that there are probably procedures for getting a stay pending review by higher courts on any kind of order. the calls for impeachment are a little goofy. im not pro obama or obamacare or anything, I’m just saying, this is not the government takeover or TEOTWAWKI or anything like that….we’re not anywhere near close to mussolini time. but bong hits and maybe some rat killing might be fun yor y’all while waiting for higher court review…also, im going to go get my cholesterol checked…im too old and tired for any non-rx drugs
