This place was listed for quite awhile. Then taken off the mls(or sdlookup, anyway). Then immediately relisted. It is in a complex I like, so I noticed the history. It makes me wonder what kind of trouble he is in to go to this length to try to get some cash.
Obviously I don’t seriously think this is a good option. This arrangement looks like a liability and legal nightmare.
