Gee thanks 😉 I like to think that I’m a little more balanced than PS was.
For the record, my biggest issue has not been whether prices will fall 50%, but rather if the economic conditions we are trending towards will foster the possibility of that happening. I think we are heading into that environment faster than even I imagined.
I just want people to start connecting the dots more and stop being so SD / SoCal centric about this whole mess. It is much bigger than that. In the end, the Fed doesn’t care what the value of your SD Condo or SFR is. They just don’t.
