Yes I understand it could be as simple as a blown capacitor. But again, this ac unit is installed on the roof of a two story building, and not on the ground. So its unlikely the capacitor is located inside the rental unit. And I don’t feel like climbing a roof. Don’t even know if I am allowed to.
