Yes, I am interested in opinions on how long it will take for this market to bottom out. I am also curious to hear the reasoning used to reach any date that may be stated. I am also impatient waiting for the bottom. It would suite my purposes if it were to bottom out in 24 months or so. Don’t try to tell me the housing market does not have my personal best interests in mind. Thanks for the reply!
