Yep,I was only inferring that you guys who like sales and have handled the market changes well, might make a lot of money in Commercial Foreclosures, not that residential isn’t working.
I think I have the “grass is less green” syndrome where leaving San Diego County is concerned. It will probably be that way for at least a decade more and probably well beyond.
With all this football talk, right now I am just hoping I don’t get invited to a super bowl party.(no I am not worried about that with you and Allan)
