Well a few had the chance to move down here when it was about 1 to 1, funny none did they stayed in the frozen snow ( I guess they were counting on Global warming or something).
Got to plan a trip to Canada this summer.
To Top it off this was in 2010, their housing market was still strong, ours was at or near the bottom.
I bet they are kicking themselves now.
Ever been to Ottawa in January LOL, now that is cold… burr
