wife got a citation in Poway for the same right turn on red. total including traffic school would have been $535.
went with Mr Ticket for $100, they took care of everything and the ticket just got dismissed.
seriously, had city of Poway not been so greedy, we would have probably just paid for the tix + traffic school.
another STRONG recommendation for Mr. Ticket!
