$200k will get you a KB POS. I’d rather spend a thousand more on a mortgage than air conditioning bills. Texas property taxes are ridiculous and the weather is just plain nasty. There is a reason (actually many reasons) Texas is so cheap.[/quote]
You could also find a lovely home for you and your 2 kids in Shell Town and,…still live in Beautiful San Diego, too. There is a reason the “hood” is cheap.
