Why do you need a broker’s license for what will essentially be FSBO transactions? Seems like a waste of time and money.
If you own the property, you don’t need a broker’s license to sell it. Just go with a flat-fee broker if you need it on MLS. I think some escrow firms will even provide a contract and draw up the required legal forms.
