I hate to break it to some of you, but the “foreigners” here in SD (and anywhere else) are some of the most resourceful and industrious people you can find. Else they’d still be back in some 3rd-world s-hole. They are often far better at money management than Manolo-buying beeoyches that were born and bred here in SD. Besides, money is green, and as long as they’re a positive contribution to the dwindly tax base, I say come one come all. To all of you who are threatened by the newcomers, get some skills that can’t be readily outsourced, and then let’s talk.
