When we did travels up in Northern Cal this summer one of the places we stayed had a composting toilet (and a regular porta potty for #1).
They used it on their personal garden.
It was pretty cool. They also had a solar heated shower, solar panels, a really bitchin’ 1 bedroom treehouse.
