When I say I want to buy a Carlsbad mc-mansion at 50% off peak (around 400K my guess).
Make no mistake, It’s not because I think that is a market or fair price, and I know full well I am profiting at someone else’s expense/distress (maybe they deserved it maybe not).
Just like no one should mistake 220-250K for a 2500-3000 sqf T.V. home as a fair or market price or that it is just or fair.
