When I lived in Talmadge I used to always go to the Wamu on Adams in Kensington. I forgot the name of the agent but he had all his listings there. I don’t know how much traffic he got out of there but this was back in 03/04 so I would imagine he did good. I would presume it is up to the bank manager to let the agent do that marketing.
