BTW, my closed sales volume this YTD is 3X last YTD and my listing inventory is several million dollars. All are realistic selelrs with huge equity psotions relocating out of the area to less expensive markets and have no illusions about renting them out until teh market improves. That means they will all sell at whatever the market determines they should. Interesting, I ran into 3 people today looking for rentals because their landlords are selling the single family homes they live in. Might not be a bad idea to start looking for a nice apartment.
