What would be the financial commitment of someone who bought a condo at VantagePoint? How much is the deposit, and how much do they forfeit if they cancel the purchase? Can the builder decide to cancel the project, due to lack of interest or fear of losing money? If VantagePoint is only 50% sold, how will they sell the remaining 50% in a declining overbuilt market? Maybe it’s better to just stop the project in its tracks, before construction even starts. They are in the excavation phase.
