What was it they said about murder coverage? Murders have fallen by 15% since the 80’s but news COVERAGE of murders has risen by 400%? Something like that. You are actually safer than you were, but now you know about it all so you actually FEEL worse. An example of how more information isnt always better for society.
I have a feeling this kinda stuff has been going on for a long time, (look at all the priest abuse cases) but we are just now hearing about it.
